Every Jummor item is printed or made after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing time
Your order goes into production and ships within 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days. In total, most US orders arrive 5–12 business days after purchase. International delivery takes longer and depends on the destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be longer during holidays or because of customs and carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping rates
- United States: rates start at $5.99.
- International: rates start at $14.99.
We ship to the United States and to the international destinations listed at checkout. The shipping cost for your address and order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. If you cannot find your package, contact us and we will do our best to help.
