Production Time
All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is carefully crafted based on your selected design, size, and color. We do not keep ready-made inventory.
Production typically takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order is shipped.
Please note:
- Orders are processed and sent into production within 6 hours after being placed.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Time
After production is completed, your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Fast Shipping: 5–10 business days (Fees higher)
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and potential carrier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

For orders under $79:
- United States: $5.95
- Canada: $5.95
- Other international destinations: It's usually 5.95$. But it can be higher (deepending on your location).
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
