Return & Return Policy

Day by day, we are dedicated to provide you diverse products with one-of-a-kind materials to celebrate moments, to tell your personal stories or to gift your important people in your life. Also, we effectively trained our staff as well as collaborated with our strategic partners to deliver professional yet strongly individualized customer experience.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We'll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.


Please understand that we are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling or grammatical mistakes, quality issues with the original images, or ordering errors. Please review your orders carefully before placing them.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Requests submitted after the 6-hour cancellation window cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in production.

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time window, a 30% management, processing, and transaction fee will be deducted from the total order value.
This fee covers costs that are non-recoverable once the order is placed, including but not limited to:
- Payment processing and transaction fees
- Order processing and administrative costs
- Production preparation and fulfillment system allocation
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours after delivery confirmation.
Your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
- A brief description of the problem

After review and approval, we will either:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund

We may request additional photos or information to verify the issue.
In some cases, we may request the defective item to be returned before processing the resolution.

3. Custom & Made-To-Order Products

All products sold on BlueJose are custom-made or printed on demand.
Because these products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- Custom name or personalization errors provided by the customer

However, we understand mistakes happen. As a courtesy, we may offer a replacement with a 50% discount if you wish to reorder the correct size, color, or product.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once a refund has been issued, we will send a confirmation email.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank.

Refunds can take several business days to process depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to submit all order information, delivery confirmation, and communication records to the payment provider.
We are always happy to resolve any issues directly with our customers and encourage contacting us first for the fastest resolution.
